Intimidated by the Sunny Rays quilt? Break it down. It's only one block made multiple times that provides multiple layout options. Do the curved rulers frustrate you? This is a great project to gain confidence!
Trouble picking out so many fabrics? Consider two colors for the sun rays, one color for the sun and one background.
We'll meet one night to learn the block construction and complete several blocks. This is a great project to introduce yourself to the Sew Kind of Wonderful rulers or an opportunity to dust those rulers off and create another beautiful project. There are multiple patterns available to have more than one use out of these rulers. They are a great addition to your tool options.
Open Sew days are on the calendar at Walla Walla Sew & Vac. I'll gladly join you to set aside time to come together and complete the project!

Instructor Name:
Jodi Wittrock
Instructor Bio:
I learned to garment sew in high school. About 20 years ago a friend talked me into taking a block of the month class and I was hooked. Another friend said come see my new machine, a long arm, and I was hooked. Gathering with friends, I found myself enjoying teaching small projects easy for gifts or use in the home. My husband and I have lived in Walla Walla for 3 years. We are enjoying exploring and getting to know the area.
